Day 8 - Christmas Ornaments Gift Tags, 2014 Christmas Series

Except for the glitter color, these tags were done the same way.

The red faux stitches were drawn using the Very Berry pen from Cricut's Candy Shop Pen Set.

The Background was Stamped using the Inkadinkado Artistic Flourish Stamp and Versamark Ink and then I applied fine glitter and let it sit there for 5 minutes to air dry. The glitter did not stay on the tag very much at first, but once I allowed more drying time it did and has not come off since then. On the first tag I used red glitter and on the second one gold glitter. I think the red one looks more elegant.

The top layer was glued using Aleene's Tacky glue pen as always.


Instructions

1. Import in DS
2. Resize to 2 inches wide
3. Ungroup
4. Change function for the faux stitch layers
5. Attach the written layer to the front panel
6. Cut
7. Assemble
8. Enjoy!
