The front panel of this card is black cardstock drawn on the explore with a white gel Pilot Choose gel pen (view tutorial). I embellished the bats with some sequins and the spiders with an Iced White Viva Decor Pearl Pen. I love how easy to use Viva decor pens are.
The main character is a digi stamp colored with distress inks on a Tim Holtz Fine Nib Water Brush. The nature of distress inks is great for this technique, allowing you to blend the layers very well. I actually made a mistake and ended up cutting three layers. I decided to glue all three layers instead of using mounting foam to give it dimension. The heart of the character is also embellished with a red Viva Decor Pearl Pen.
Except for the time it takes to color the stamp, this one is very easy and quick to make.
