Even though these cards are very easy to make, they take a while to cut.
The front of the card is cut from Neenah Exact Index 110 lb White cardstock and the back is a piece of light blue cardstock inked using a Mini Ink Blending Tool and Mermaid Lagoon and Blueprint Sketch Distress Inks. I did not follow any particular pattern for the inking, and did not care to blend it well either, I just wanted hints of color behind the cutouts. Be careful not to ink the back of the panel because it will show when you open the card.
This is a very intricate pattern, so to make sure every little border sticks to the back panel, I used spray adhesive. I used a scrap piece of paper to mask the opposite side.
Instructions
- Import in DS
- Cut
- Assemble
- Enjoy!
