Beary Special Card - OAK Tree Stamps Bear Hugs Stamp Set

I needed an excuse to use my Copic markers and the cutest stamp from OAK Tree Stamps.

The bear was stamped on COPIC Express Blending Card (the best for COPIC coloring) using Versafine black pigment ink and clear embossed so I could color with Copic's alcohol ink without smearing the pigment ink. You can also use some die ink like Memento black tuxedo ink, but I like the sharpness of pigment ink and the dimension and bold color that clear embossing gives to the images.

For coloring, I used Copic colors E11-E13-E15 for the paws and snout, E31-E33-E35, E37 for the fur and E95 for the ears. For the highlights I used a Uniball-Signo white gel pen.

The sentiment was stamped with Versamark ink and embossed with white embossing powder.

The acorns on the front panel come on the stamp set and were stamped with Versamark ink, a wonderful idea Logan Claar came up with on OAK's Facebook page.
This is what people are creating with OAK Tree Stamps! Logan Claar you did a wonderful job!!!

The ribbon on top is pink cardstock and the hearts are treated with Wink of Stella Clear glitter pen and Mod Podge was applied to give that candied look. Just a tip: a Fineline 18-gauge applicator was used to apply the Mod Podge accurately, look for the link below.

Also Applied Mod Podge to the nose of the bear to make it shiny.

The whole card was put together with Aleene's tacky glue pen, and the bear and the ribbon popped up with 3M mounting tape

The SVG free file comes with the offset path for the bear image, so no fuzzy cut is necessary.
