So, my mom is turning 70 this year and we are throwing her a huge party.
Of course I'm in charge of the decoration and like I did when my dad turned 70, I created these lanterns to adorn the dinner table.

The inside piece is a 4" x 9.5"strip of vellum stamped using Versamark Ink on a Recollections stamp set and then heat embossed using Ranger Super Fine Detail White Embossing Powder by WOW.
I wanted a cool light so I used a LED Tea Light inside.
I love the way the vellum diffuses the light and the white embossed images pop and come to life
