I always use Base notecards for my cards, They are easy to make from a, letter size (8,5x11in) cardstock sheet, which is what I use most of the time. But for all of you that use larger formats or don't want the fuss of making them, here's the file.

Ranger's Distress Inks Illustrator Library

For all of you that wonder which RGB, CMYK, HEX or HTML codes Distress Inks are, here is the ready to use library for Illustrator CC. It includes the names of all the 48 colors of distress ink pads palette.
