Lacy Heart, Triple Layer Square Card

I guess you could say I'm going through a floral phase right now. 

I saw a similar design (flowers inside a heart) on a printed fabric of a Japanese gown and I thought it would make a beautiful card to give with a flower bouquet. 

The design is very simple and the color combinations endless. I used a solar white 5.5" x 5.5" Neenah Paper notecard, a light pink for the background, a dark gray for the intricate cutout, and a light gray for the front heart cutout.

I don't know about you, but I think enamel dots make everything better. 

I was not so sure how Canson paper would cut, but it actually cuts very good. The dark gray intricate cut is 75 lb. Canson Mi-Teintes in dark gray

Instructions

1. Import in DS
2. Resize to 4.25 inches wide
3. Cut
4. Assemble and embellish
