Day 12 - Sinterklaas Favour Box, 2014 Christmas Series

I really like how this one turned out.

For the base box I used one of my favourite background stamps with Versamark Ink. I love the watermark kind of look Versamark gives to tan cardstock. Check the details on the tiny little stars.

The rest of the box is just colored cardstock, pieced and glued in place using Aleene's Tacky glue pen, it dries so fast that you only have a few seconds to correct the position if you mess up.

This box has REALLY small pieces, so it's probably a good idea to do a print then cut technique if you are not willing to deal with 1/16 x 1/16 pieces.

I used a Pilot white gel pen to draw the highlights by hand.

Disclaimer: the final design is a little bit different than the one portrayed here. I altered it a bit so it would cut better and make a better PTC file.
Remember there are no scoring lines, the dashed cut lines guide the folds and are embedded on the layer.

 Enjoy!!
